Terms of Service

By booking a service with Renegade Removal, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before the crew arrives.
1. Scope of Service
Renegade Removal provides pet waste removal services. We reserve the right to refuse any project that we deem unsafe, illegal, or beyond the capability of our equipment and crew.
2. Pricing and Estimates
Estimates: Any quote provided over the phone or via photos is a non-binding estimate.
Final Pricing: The final price will be determined based on the number of pets/litter boxes, based off the price listed on our website, prices may change with a notice.
3. Prohibited Items (Hazardous Materials)
Renegade Removal is not a hazardous waste carrier.
We do not haul volatile chemicals, fuels, or oils.
Propane tanks, explosives, or lead-acid batteries.
Any materials defined as "hazardous" by local, state, or federal law.
4. Client Obligations & Access
Access: The Client must provide clear and safe access to the space in which waste will being removed.
Safety: Pets and children must be kept away from the work area during the removal process.
5. Damage and Liability
Property Damage: Our crew exercises extreme care; however, Renegade Removal is not liable for minor scuffs or scratches to walls, floors, or driveways incidental to the removal of heavy or bulky items. Nor any damage to landscaping, lawn or any part of the property, including pets themselves. 

Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for damage resulting from the movement of items that are structurally unsound or attached to the property.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Renegade Removal’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due by the 7th of each month for repeat service. Or immediately for single removals.
7. Cancellations
You, the customer, may cancel service at anytime. The final bill will be prorated for work done.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. 

9. Injuries to representatives of Renegade Removal. 

In under any circumstance a representative or field worker of Renegade removal is injured by your property or pets, you agree to cover all necessary medical costs with either your home insurance provider or out of pocket funds.
